ISO 9001 now requires you to know exactly how you are performing as far as your clients are concerned.
We will contact your customers or clients and carry out a detailed survey on your behalf in strictest confidence.
We will select either 10% of your clients or a minimum of 10 whichever is the greatest.
The answers will be collated and returned to you. Depending on your score you will be awarded one of the following grades of certificate based upon the results and reflecting your customer satisfaction levels as follows.

| 46-60% | Bronze |
| 61-75% | Silver |
| 76-90% | Gold |
| 91-100% | Platinum |
We will annually re-survey a minimum of half of the original clients. After 3 years a new list of clients will be contacted and the process repeated.

| £2 million - £3 million | £375 | £150 |
| £3 million - £4 million | £450 | £175 |
| £4 million - £5 million | £500 | £200 |
| £5 million upwards | £550 | £225 |
All fees are subject to VAT
