Environmental Damage and Liability Regulations 2009

If you or your business carry out an activity that causes environmental damage you will have to remedy the damage in accordance with the new Environmental Damage and Liability Regulations 2009. If there is a risk of damage from your business activities, you must prevent such damage occurring.
As part of your ISO 14001 Certification you must ensure that you are aware of this and take preventive action if necessary in order to save your organisation considerable expense in the future.
