CQS has a fundamental & refreshing approach to ISO 9001 Certification that effectively and efficiently eases you towards achieving the necessary requirements.
It is a prerequisite of the Standard that you have a Quality Procedures Manual that not only complies to the Standard, but also accurately reflects your current procedures and processes. Our approach encompasses these elements simultaneously. The preparation of your Manual is carried out whilst undertaking the initial assessment, thus eliminating the need for you to engage additional consultants.
We incorporate all necessary modifications and changes from superseded revisions of the Standard within our process at no extra cost, whilst many certification companies charge for this service.
Our process bases Certification on YOUR existing system and only makes changes or additions when they are specifically required to achieve the Standard. Often only minor alterations are necessary to achieve the required Standard.

The CQS Method:

Normally, the initial assessment takes between one and two days. All client assistance, 'back-office' and administration costs are incorporated into our fee structure.
On concluding the process and gaining Certification, you will receive a Quality Procedures Manual plus all the other necessary aids to help you take the best advantage of your achievement. Our Help Desk and on-going support ensures that you are not left 'in the dark' post Certification, leading to a successful and seamless implementation of all procedures.
We undertake an annual external audit of your processes, a formal requirement necessary to maintain your ISO 9001 Certification.
